Dredge Tycoon
Dredge Tycoon is a recent project to construct a game like openTTD for the dredging market. This project is GPL and will be hosted on google's project hosting. http://code.google.com/p/dredgetycoon/
so far I've had a lot of fun constructing the general objects to formulate the market and their interactions.
